My baby is 19 months old, and exclusively only on breast feed . there was gap of 5 hrs from one feed to another feed is it normal

Why the 19 month old child exclusively on breastfeeding that I am not understanding first of all we should start giving another feed to the child because you should quit by the age of two years five years there is no problem in that also because if your child is eating proper needs along with the feeding that you are giving to the child then there is no problem
