Hello mom The toddler by now should be blabbering and saying a few simple words , try to avoid any screen time if any , keep him engaged with books C read for him , sing for him , try to interact with him or if possible let him be with kids around his age . For social interaction . If still things don’t work do please consult a speech therapist as the early you do the effects would be faster
