my baby is 19 month old baby he is not sleeping continuous at night he is wake up every 2 hours and crying. I'll give banana before his going to be sleeping. what is the reason for that please give solution. I was really worried about it what can I do for continuous sleeping to my baby

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom toddlers may take some to get used to continues sleep , and banana may most possibly cause gas issues to him and that could be reason for it , try to avoid banana and give sometime else like cows milk before bedtime and observe
