my baby is 19 month old , and still not speaking, only mama and papa she speaks. and while eating she has a lot of tantrum.. what to do?

SPeech should by now be 1 to 2 words atleast , you can get her to a speech therapist as such , could help you out the earliest as such

Premolars could be happening which is why your child may not be so willing to eat and being cranky and try to communicate more with your child you still have a lot of time in which child can pick up so singing poems and rhymes and talking 121 really help and don’t give any screen time if you are
