My baby is 18 months old.. she bites her teeth all the time....initially we assumed it was due to her teething but now she does it all the time.. can you please let me know what might be the issue

A. teething is one of the main reasons for grinding teeth. the other can be stress. spend maximum time with your child and politely say no when she grinds her teeth
