Hi good morning. My 18-month-old boy got 6 teeth. after that there is no teething. should I need to worry??

A. hi no dont worry. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip
