Q.

My baby is 18 months old now...he is not speaking the basic words, even not calling me mama... But he used to make sounds n also responding well with actions... Earlier he used to say some of the words but stopped saying that too... What shld I do to make him to speak

A. don't worry my daughter is also 18 months old...she did the same thing.. keep talking to your baby, things will be fine

A. No need to worry communicate with your child some children will be able to talk after 2years...

A. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the laanguage skills of the child because speech will gradually come. try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.

A. If The child is yet Understand everything then you should not worry about it but if your child is not understanding or not responding to name then it’s a question of concern and responding with actions is not the writing more of your child should respond to even make an eye contact and try to follow the simple commands that’s very important and if that is not there then it is better to get it checked with your doctor
