My baby is 18 months old I could see his palms and feet sole a little more warmer than the body in winters and if i check the temp by thermometer it is normally below 98 Is it a problem to worry about?

A. in children the head palm and soul are usually the warmer than the rest of the body so do not worry this is very normal just maintain proper hygiene for the baby
