my baby is 18 months old, how can i wean ger from breast feed to bottle feed

A. as to wean off breast milk strat reducing the feeding session first.. you can ask your husband to make the baby sleep for some time as the baby will stop demanding. don't put the baby on bottle habit.. you can give cup glass sipper..
