my baby is 17 months old is it compulsory to givehim milk 500, ml as he is taking his 3 meals 2snacks as he is not at all interested in milk I tried all the forms still

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, it is required to feed 500 ml of milk every day. You can feed milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. This should include breastfeeding as well.
You can also add dry fruits powder to the milk to enhance the taste. You can also give fruit smoothies.
