my baby is 17 months old and she is constipated. what should I do??

A. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for youu to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.
