Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl5 months agoA. hi white or red pimples? if it is white and tiny pimples it should be milia but if child is having red ,tiny pimples ,it should be baby acne but dont worry both of these dont need any medication ,they clearup by own
