my baby is 16mnth old whenever I give my baby iron rich food or iron supplements she potty alot n after every meal she passes gas alottt

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 1 year 4 months of age it is quite natural that if the baby is having in digestion follow in iron you can you neopeptine syrup to the baby 2.5 mm 2 times a day
