Q.
My baby is 16 months old. I am a breast feeding mother. I have taken 1st dose of Covishield vaccine. I asked to the ANM before vaccination whether I should have Vaccine or not? ANM told if baby has completed 6 months you can get vaccinated. I am a little bit confused that being vaccinated I have done right or wrong

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. there are certain studies which state that the vaccination for covid in lactating mother is safe but according to the government guidelines yet it is not recommended but you have already got it so you should not worry just observe and feed your very well

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. It's good to wait and take actually. Now is that u have already taken. I will suggest you to see your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
