Q.

my baby is 16 months now and he has fever after vaccination and I have given him paracetamol but the temperature is not getting down. Should i give him paracetamol and mefanamic acid suspension to lower the temperature?

A. no better to give only paracetamol and do cold sponging ubAnd further it is also advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and for any investigations if required and to take appropriate medicines depending on the need o k

A. Hi mom Fever swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination. Give fever medicine if the fever is 99.5F or above. repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. It will be fine in 2-3 days.
