Q.

my baby is 16 months now and he has fever after vaccination and I have given him paracetamol but the temperature is not getting down. Should i give him paracetamol and mefanamic acid suspension to lower the temperature?

A. Hi mom Fever swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination. Give fever medicine if the fever is 99.5F or above. repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. It will be fine in 2-3 days.
