Q.

my baby is 16 months completed but he is not talking at all ,but he understands very what we are saying ,he will say ba ,ka i am so worried pls help what should I do??

A. Hello dear parent! It is normal in few babies to have delay in their speech. Communicate more with your child. Keep telling stories and sing and play together. Encourage your child to speak. Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech. Good luck and take care.
