my baby is 15months old he is looking very thin but he s active he s 8kg now nd his birth weight is 2.3 kindly suggest some food or powder to increase his weight it would be helpful for me.. thank u

A. Hello mommy, Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods. Ragi: Ragi is very nutritious and healthy millet and is one of the best weight gaining food. Ragi is rich in calcium, protein, iron, dietary fiber, Vitamins B1, B2 and other minerals, which are required for your baby's development.
