start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
offer more liquid and fruits.
try to give more time to your child

Teething Could probably be happening with your child which is why your child is quite nice is noisy and irritated I like to tell you that you should go ahead with checking the comes of the child that the issue then you can start the tablet number 21 under homeopathy for easing out the process
