my baby is 15 months, suddenly having too much watery eyes and sneezing, and body temperature is 99.5, is anything to worry?? all activity normal

A. So it seems like your child has got cold and your child is already having fever with 99.5°F so it would be good for you to give both the medicines to the child for fever and for running nose as well and consult the doctor for that
