today morning my baby has high temperature body temperature was 99f...watery nose and watery eyes...not willing to eat anything and digestion problem...now it's afternoon still his body temperature is high.. please help .

A. hello please give your child paracetamol once in every 6 hours and also put nasal drops and if after 2 days or in between it is worsening then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
