A. baby s now 15 months old so milestone delay is when baby does nt achieve expected motor /language milestones as per age. -neck control starts by 2 mnths and develops full neck n head control by 4 to 5 mnths - sits with support 6 mnths, without support 8 mnths - stands by 1 yr and walks by 1.5 yrs. If baby does nt have all these by this age , you need to see a doctor

A. it is common Sir and nothing to worry at all. baby may need some help or support to stand at this stage. gradually he will stand by himself. after walking those steps he may sit immediately and not stand for long without support. it's normal.
