my baby is 15 month old . today ,he vomit for the first time and he is feeling little low .should I gv domstal baby drop

A. hi your baby is 15 months old now if baby is getting recurrent vomting and not able to digest any feeds surely give domstal drops 0.5 ml half hour before meal
