my baby is 15 month old having white patches all around his body which is not going, what to do, and what is the reason for this, do I need to give any vitamins and deworm the child.

proper treatment suggestions would be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment.
