Q.
my baby is 15 days old now....he is having rashes in inner thighs (wet peeling skin... that area is getting red)what should I do.....and... since its winter season i am very confused.... how cn i keep him dry without using diapers....i am using Pampers diapers and himalya rash cream..... please tell me what should I do for infection

You can use cotton diapers which are easily available cloth diapers basically where you can immediately change the part that is into the type of weather diaper is wet so that’s one way and apply Boroline anti septic cream and if you need you can also use talcum powder to keep it dry
