Q.

My baby is 15 days old and he got a lot of acne on his face around cheeks and forehead. I am just using cetaphil body wash and not any cream as of now.

A. you should avoid using sitafal now and use the product sebamed and apply only coconut oil over the baby because your baby is only 15 days old the skin is very sensitive or do not use any e soap for few days to the problem is not resolved

A. hi usually baby acne doesn't need any medication. it alright by the time. just stop using any cosmetics keep that area clean keep your child in well vantileted room prefer Cotton clothes for your child but if a child feel discomfort like pain , irritability,pus or redness there then you should consult your pediatrician
