hello doctor very small acne on my 18 months baby's face ( forehead, cheeks and in between 2 eyebrows). its not read. it is like group of acne. please suggest me cream.

A. These are rashes and you should not worry about it ,as these are common and specially in winters when you put too many cloths and due to heat and dehydration this is normal ,so you can simply apply baby powder or candid dusting powder in those rashes and keep your baby hydrated.
