My baby is 14 months old. She have four lower teeth which are totally misaligned. It is visibly in a 'W' pattern. I can also find lumps like swollen gums near both sides of lower gum. She has 3 upper teeth which are aligned properly. Can somebody guide for me this?? Should I visit a pediatric dentist now??
