Q.
My baby is 14 months old and suddenly started to wake up multiple times at night. Sometimes once in an hour and sometimes even twice in an hour. It’s happening since 2 weeks. Can someone please advise if this is any sleep regression? #asktheexpert

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello my dear parent! Sleep regression is normal in small kids. Check if it is getting too colder or your child is feeling hungry or any other anxiety issues. Communicate more effectively with your child. Good luck and take care.
