Q.
My baby is 14 month old now and his birth weight was 750 gms (born extremely premature). Currently his weight is 6.5 kgs and height is 72 cms. Is it ok?

The Height seems fine to me what weight is still very less issue if your child was even 10 KG as of now being a preterm child I would have said 10 KG was good enough you should consult your doctor start with supplements if needed and do consult a nutritionist for a healthy diet plan for the child
