give more fruits and salad.
give semi solid diet as khichdi dalia oats etc.

Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake of your child for better digestion. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
