POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Mostly, babies in this stage are fussy and picky eaters. Teething could also be another reason for not eating properly. If so, feed easy to swallow foods.
Do not force feed and make eating a funtime. Feed in a separate room, away from distractions. Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or a cup in different shapes and colors. As food intake is less, it is important to mix variety of foods and then feed for full nutrition like mixed vegetable soup, oats with nuts and fruits, fresh juices, besan and beetroot cheela, chicken soup, etc.
