ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. wieght seems good Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

It 2 KG underweight so I’m just going to write it as of now you should consult a doctor to help you with the right supplements in need to start with and also nutrition expert because they can advise you with all things that you need to include in to your child Daily diet for healthy weight gain
