My baby is 13 months old he's having cold , fever and red eyes from last 10 days all blood reports are normal. He's not eating and drinking anything Please suggest

A. If all the blood reports are normal then don’t worry and if fever is coming in some pattern like any specific time that also mention and any rashes seen on stomach or back pls let me know and give calpol drops and give fruits soups coconut water and light and easily digestible foods
