Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl7 months agoA. hi first ,i advise to keep your child well hydrated include natural probiotics like homemade curd , buttermilk ,fermented food items . stop giving heavy ,spicy food. you can give entorgermina oral drops once in a day
