My baby is 13 months old. He is having fever. I am giving him 2.5ml paracetamol 250mg syrup. But just now came through Internet thst it is 6 plus years syrup. Should I change now to 125ml paracetamol syrup and give 5ml? What is the Much difference? If I Give proper dosage in ml?

A. no problem you can give 2.5 ml. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
