my baby is 13 months old ,he is behaving differently from other children,he is not responding for our words, whenever he likes to respond he is responding otherwise he will ignore , he is just saying Amma and baba ,that is also very rarely , always he wants to roam in the house and out of the house am too scared of his behaviour

First you need to check how many times out of 10 times isn’t your child responding if it is the word three times it’s very normal but if it is about seven or eight times in general out of 10 that that is a problem in that case I would recommend you to kindly get a check with your doctor maybe there is nothing leave it is just a deficiency in the body but you need to be much sure about it
