my baby is 13 months of but my stomach has still not gone inside. I had c section delivery, after six months I started exercise but still look like I'm pregnent. plzzzz suggest something.. I have got abdominal separation ..

A. you can slowly run n start yoga. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
