my baby is 13 month old she is very weak then should I do

A. Dear mum, what was your baby’s birth weight and what is the current weight? If baby is active, playful, has tripled the birth weight by one year and achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
