my baby is 13 month old.but wont sleep at all.and dont eat meal and milk.what can i do?

A. Offer a heavy meal 2 hours before bedtime so that he does not feel hungry. The bedtime routine should be consistent. Make sure that he engages in physical activity for atleast 30-40 mins everyday so that by night time, he feels tired and sleepy. Tell him bed time stories and you can even give him a massage as it helps in sleep.
