Q.

My baby is 13 month old , but still her anterior fontanelle is not closed, and her teeth are not coming, I am also having body pain all over body ? Are these signs of vitamin deficiency. Will I and she be able to overcome these problems soon and what should i do for the same?

A. Hi babies can achieve their milestones at different timings and first milk teeth can erupt anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.. you can consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination
