Q.
My baby is 13 month old and I have attached an image of his foot with boils in it. There is total 5 boils in his left leg. Anyone who have experienced the same can help me understand the serverity of this, would be of great help.

The Picture you posted for the reference is probably not got posted or what it’s not visible to me so I am only going to tell you that you should be consulting your paediatrician ones the doctor can at least monitor it personally and accordingly they can tell you the solution for that
