My baby is 13 days old and he is going to stool so many times in a day and he got a rash also I am not using any diapers as well, is there any solution for stools? #Vaccination

A. yes even 10 to 20 times per day normal. small babies will be passing stools 10 to 15 times per day which is normal even passing stools once in 10 days is also normal do not worry as long as baby is on mothers milk
