my baby is 11th month old she has fever 102degrees from three days giving paracetamol immediately vomiting. paracetamol is going body or not

A. it is not that paracetamol is not going into the body the fact is paracetamol is not working such severe is the fever so please stop self-medication now and consult a doctor
