I don’t think so with a C-section your doctor may advise to continue with the pregnancy or you have already discussed it with your gynaecologist because the stitches taken a lot of time to heal usually before two years of completing they don’t suggest you to plan for a pregnancy with C-section so please talk to your gynaecologist
