My baby is 11 months running. Till now she did not started to understand things. Like bye hi. And she is not saying maa paa. She just keep saying her own words bla bla etc. Please advise what to do?

A. good evening there is nothing required to be done the child is not even one year complete you have to be patient and wait for some time which I would gradually be able to use proper words
