Q.
my baby is 11 months old now and today I got to know that giving salt and and sugar is not good for baby and can damage kidney. but I am giving him khichadi afternoon and night with salt everyday since 6 months. Now I am very worried about this kidney damage thing . pls advise

If you are still concerned, please let your doctor know that and seek further guidance in this matter. Give your child a well balanced, healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Continue with breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
