babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain triple their birth weight by the age of 12 months
and ideally 11 months old baby should have weight between 7 to 12 kg
so ensure that your child weighs enough or not
if your child is underweight,for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
