My baby is 11 months old....but I m not getting my periods after my normal delivery.....What is the reason for that?

If you want you can take tablets for 3-4 days which clstart your periods but I didn't took that.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Maintain hydration
