Q.
my baby is 11 months old..Baby have loose motions for 3 days..Today he drink pomegranate juice..After drinking baby loose motion contain purple colour streaks..is it normal? please reply

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with mdranagement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous hrigh grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

I don’t think so it is because of the pomegranate juice it’s healthy to be given to the child I think they could be some another problem I can be due to an infection in the stomach so kindly consult your doctor for this and avoid giving milk for the time being
