my baby is 11 months can i add goundnet in her diet is it good are else i shoud avoid it

Its Actually good you can definitely give it to the child if you want to and also just give it in a very moderate quantity so you can definitely give anything like this which is very very healthy and nuts can be introduced after the age of 8 to 9 months only
